Dr. Helen Huynh-Horvath

Dr. Helen Huynh-Horvath holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Temple University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Mary’s College of California, and Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Economics and Finance from California State University, East Bay. Dr. Helen Huynh-Horvath also holds multiple industry licenses and certifications: Real Estate Broker – BRE# 01759167, Mortgage Broker – NMLS/MLO# 1086321, Insurance Broker - 0E46138 (Accident, Life, Health, Property & Casualty).
As Chief Executive Officer and Founder of IIICenter, Inc. (dba) LBD Financial Center, Dr. Helen Huynh-Horvath's 15-years of personal finance expertise led the company to launch an all-inclusive personal financial center. LBD Financial Center serves small businesses and families in the areas of insurance planning, financial planning, tax planning, as well as residential and commercial real estate, and mortgage solutions.
